Co-Marketing Campaigns

Team up with a complementary business on joint content, offers and events, and reach each other’s audiences at shared cost.

Two Audiences, One Campaign

A gym and a sports nutrition shop serve the same people. A wedding planner and a photographer, a software firm and an accountant, a school and a stationery supplier do too. Co-marketing lets such businesses promote together instead of competing for the same attention alone.

ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, plans and runs these campaigns within our partnership marketing services.

It is a joint promotion between brands. Commission-based selling is covered by affiliate marketing program setup, customer sharing by referral campaign planning, and long-term alliances by strategic brand partnerships.

Campaign Formats We Plan

Joint Webinars

Shared sessions with combined invitations.

Shared Content

Guides, checklists and reports by both.

Bundled Offers

Joint packages and cross-offers.

Events

Workshops, pop-ups and launches.

Email and Social Swaps

Features to each other’s opted-in lists.

Joint Reporting

Leads and results shared fairly.

Fair for Both Sides

We agree roles, costs, lead sharing and approvals in writing before launch. Data is shared only where people have consented, in line with privacy rules.

We do not promise leads or sales. We also do not claim a partner’s results, certifications or customers unless they are real and confirmed.

How We Run Co-Marketing Campaigns

We start by checking fit. A good co-marketing partner serves a similar customer but does not sell the same thing, shares comparable standards, has an audience of broadly similar size and is trusted in its market. If you already have a partner in mind, we review them. If not, we draw up a shortlist from your customers’ other purchases, local business groups, supplier networks and industry events. Then we define a single shared goal, such as joint leads for a webinar, trials of each other’s service, event attendance or sales of a bundled offer. We write what each side contributes: audience reach, budget, content, venue, staff time or products, and how costs and results will be shared. We recommend a short written agreement covering the offer, dates, branding use, data handling, approvals, lead sharing, what happens if one side withdraws and who handles customer questions. Next comes the campaign idea. Strong ideas solve a problem that both audiences share: a home-loan guide from a property consultant and a lawyer, a fitness-plus-nutrition challenge, a back-to-school pack from a coaching centre and a bookshop, or a website-plus-branding starter package. We create the content and assets together: landing page, registration form, emails, social posts, graphics, scripts and slides, in the style of both brands. We design the landing page to explain the offer, name both partners fairly and capture only the data needed with clear consent; see lead generation landing pages if a dedicated page is needed. We set tracking: separate links and codes for each partner, so that lead sources are clear; see form submission tracking. We plan promotion: each partner invites its own list and social following, we add paid reach where agreed, and we schedule reminders. For events, we run logistics, from the platform or venue to speakers and follow-up. After the campaign, we divide leads according to the agreement, send follow-up messages from each side and review results together: registrations, attendance, enquiries, sales and cost per lead for each partner. We note what worked, agree improvements and decide whether to repeat or move to a deeper alliance. See strategic brand partnerships for long-term arrangements. Throughout, we keep both parties informed, avoid favouring one side and flag problems early. We cannot guarantee partner performance or lead volume, and a campaign depends on both parties delivering, but clear roles and honest tracking reduce disputes and make repeat campaigns easier.
