We start with the locations. For each branch or area, we collect the basics: address, hours, services, capacity, typical customers, busy and slow periods, nearby competitors and local landmarks. We ask branch managers what they would like more of, for example weekday afternoons, a specific service or new patients in a nearby colony. We then build a local calendar for the next quarter, marking festivals, school terms, exam seasons, weather changes, sports events, wedding seasons, local fairs and payday cycles. Each location gets its own view, since Diwali timing, Pongal, Eid, Christmas, Onam or regional holidays matter differently in each city. Next, we design offers. Good local offers are specific and simple: a first-visit consultation at a set price, a free pickup within a stated area, a bundle for the festival, a student or office-worker discount at times that fill slow hours. We check margins and capacity with you, so that an offer does not overwhelm a branch or lose money. We define conditions: dates, quantity limits, how to claim and what is excluded. We choose channels for each offer. On Google Business Profile we add offers and posts for the branch, with a photo and a clear button; see Google Business Profile setup and optimization. On social media, we publish local posts and stories with the area name, and set geographic targeting for paid boosts. For existing customers who opted in, we send WhatsApp or email messages segmented by branch; see opt-in promotional messaging. We build a simple landing page or section for the offer, with the branch’s map, phone number and booking button, and we use unique codes, phone numbers or booking links to see which promotion caused the visit. For radius-based paid campaigns, we work with local advertising campaigns. We write the creative in the voice of the area, including local language mix where it suits your audience, and review wording for accuracy. We schedule publishing in advance, and make sure branch staff know the offer, so that a customer who mentions it is welcomed. After each promotion, we measure results: views, calls, direction requests, bookings, code redemptions and sales, compared across branches and against a baseline period. We note what worked, what was ignored and what to change, and we feed lessons into the next calendar. We cannot guarantee footfall or revenue, as local results depend on price, competition and execution, but planned, measured local offers beat generic ones.
