Awareness and Acquisition Funnels

Design the top of your funnel: how strangers first discover your business, what they see next, and how they become contacts you can follow up.

Most Visitors Leave Before You Know Who They Are

People who have never heard of you will not fill in a quote form on the first visit. They click an ad, read a blog post or see a social video, and then they are gone. Without a planned path, the attention you paid for disappears and you cannot reach those people again.

An awareness and acquisition funnel is that planned path. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, builds these within our sales funnel development services.

It covers the first stages only: reaching new audiences and turning them into known contacts. Later stages are handled by lead nurturing funnels, consultation booking funnels and retargeting funnels.

Parts of the Funnel We Build

Awareness Channels

Search, social, video and partners.

Entry Content

Guides, posts and videos that earn attention.

Landing Pages

Pages built for one clear action.

Lead Magnets

A useful offer in return for contact details.

Welcome Sequence

The first messages new contacts receive.

Tracking

Cost per new contact, by channel.

Attention First, Sales Later

New audiences are not ready to buy. The funnel asks for a small step, such as a download, a sign-up or a chat, and earns trust before asking for more.

We promise no fixed number of leads. We build the path, measure each step and improve where visitors drop out.

How We Build an Awareness and Acquisition Funnel

We begin with your audience and offer. Who are the people you want to reach, what problem sends them to search, where do they spend time online and what would make them hand over an email address or phone number? We review your best customers, your sales team’s experience and search demand for your services. Next we choose entry points. For people who are searching, that means helpful pages that answer questions, supported by local keyword research. For people who are not yet searching, it means social posts, short video and paid campaigns on Meta or YouTube that introduce your business. We map each entry point to a landing page. A landing page for cold traffic is different from a service page for warm traffic: it explains the problem, shows how you help and offers one clear next step; see lead generation landing pages. We design the offer. It might be a checklist, a price guide, a template, a short audit, a webinar seat or a free call; see lead magnet and downloadable resource creation. The offer must be useful on its own and related to the service you sell, so that the people who respond are likely to become customers. We build the capture step with a short form and a thank-you page that tells people what happens next, following the usability guidance used in form usability improvements. Right after sign-up we set a welcome sequence by email or WhatsApp: a thank-you with the promised file, a short introduction to your business and a suggested next step, always with clear consent and an easy way to opt out; see opt-in promotional messaging. We set up tracking from the first click: ad platform tags, analytics events and source labels so each contact carries its origin; see form submission tracking. We define success measures for this stage, such as cost per new contact, landing page conversion rate, share of contacts who open the first message and share who reach the next stage. We launch with a small budget or small audience, review results after a fixed period and change the weakest step first. Once new contacts arrive steadily, they flow into nurturing and sales stages designed in the other funnel pages, and into your CRM; see CRM setup. We cannot guarantee lead volumes or costs because these depend on competition, budget, offer and market. We can promise a clear structure, honest measurement and steady improvement.
