Webinar and Podcast Summaries

Turn recordings into readable show notes, key takeaways and searchable articles, so the hour you spent talking keeps working long after it ends.

Great Talks Stay Locked in Audio

Webinars and podcasts take planning, guests and editing, but search engines cannot listen, and most busy people will not sit through an hour to find one answer. A recording with no text around it is hard to find, hard to skim and hard to share.

Webinar and podcast summaries add the written layer: a summary, key takeaways, timestamps, quotes and, where useful, a full article based on the session. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, creates these within our content repurposing services.

This page covers turning spoken sessions into written material. For splitting video into short social clips, see videos into short clips, and for reshaping articles into posts, see blogs into social posts.

Faithful to What Was Said

A summary must not put words in a speaker’s mouth. We keep to what was actually said, mark opinions as opinions and send guest quotes for approval when needed.

We also respect permissions. We work only with recordings you have the right to use, and we keep unpublished sessions confidential.

How We Summarise Webinars and Podcasts

We start by receiving the recording, the slides if any, the guest list and any notes about the audience and purpose. We ask what you want the written version to achieve: more search visibility, a gated resource, a recap email for attendees, an episode page on your site or material for sales. First comes the transcript. If you have one, we use it. If not, we create it with transcription tools and then correct it by listening, because automatic text often mishears names, product terms and Indian-English accents. We check proper nouns, figures and technical words against your materials. From the clean transcript we map the structure of the conversation: the opening, the main topics, the questions from the audience, the examples, the disagreements and the conclusions. We then write at the levels you need. A short summary of around a hundred to two hundred words. A set of key takeaways, usually five to eight. Timestamps for each major segment. Show notes listing guests, links and resources named in the session. For a fuller piece, an article that reorganises the talk into headings, removes filler and repeats, and keeps the speakers’ meaning and, where valuable, their words in quotation marks. Q and A sections can become an FAQ block. We write a clear page title and meta description, headings that reflect what people search for, and a short introduction that explains who the session is for. We add the embedded recording and a call to action, such as subscribing, registering for the next session or contacting you. Where the content fits, we suggest links to your related guides, for example long-form articles and guides. We can also prepare a recap email and social snippets. For accessibility, we can supply a clean transcript and captions text. We do not invent statements, add statistics the speakers did not give, or turn a casual opinion into a firm claim. If something in the recording is unclear or possibly incorrect, we flag it for you instead of silently fixing or repeating it. After delivery, you can approve edits, and speakers can review quotes. We cannot promise audience growth, since listenership depends on topic and promotion, but written versions make each session easier to find, quote and reuse.
