Multi-Location Listing Coordination

Keep every branch listing accurate and organised: one system for names, addresses, hours, ownership and updates across all your locations.

More Branches Mean More Things to Go Wrong

With one location, listings are manageable. With ten or fifty, small problems multiply: a branch moves and the old pin stays, a holiday schedule is updated in one place but not others, a manager leaves and takes the login with them, and branch names follow different patterns.

Multi-location listing coordination is the operations side of this problem. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, builds a system that lets head office and branches share responsibility without chaos, within our business listing management services.

It differs from multi-location SEO, which focuses on ranking pages and content for each branch. This service is about listing data, ownership and workflow.

What We Coordinate

Branch Master Sheet

One verified record per location.

Naming Rules

Consistent branch name patterns.

Access and Ownership

Who can edit what, and backups.

Bulk Setup

Bulk uploads where platforms allow.

Hours and Holidays

Planned updates for special days.

Openings and Closures

A routine for new, moved and closed branches.

Central Control, Local Accuracy

Branch staff know their own hours and services best. We give them a simple way to submit changes and head office a way to approve them, so nothing goes live unchecked.

We do not guarantee rankings. We guarantee a documented system, and honest reporting on platform limits such as verification delays.

How We Coordinate Multi-Location Listings

We begin by listing every location, including ones you consider closed. For each we gather the legal name, trading name, full address with landmark, phone, email, manager, category, services, hours, opening date, photos and link to the branch page on your website. We check that each location has its own landing page, because listings should point to the right local page rather than the home page. We then audit existing listings against this master sheet on Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook and key directories, recording ownership, verification status, duplicates and errors. Findings feed into three tracks. The first is repair: wrong details are corrected and duplicates are handled; see duplicate listing identification and local citation consistency. The second is gaps: locations with no listing, or only on some platforms, are created. For Google, we use the platform’s bulk tools where eligible, though most chains with fewer than ten locations are handled individually; verification may need postcards, calls or videos, which we plan so branch staff are ready. The third is ownership. We recommend that the head office owns every listing through an organisation account, with managers added at the right permission level, so staff changes do not lock you out. We document who holds which login and set up recovery options. We set naming rules, such as brand name plus area where that is how the business is actually known, while avoiding keyword stuffing that platforms reject. We prepare an update calendar for holidays, festivals, seasonal hours and promotions, with a monthly reminder to collect branch changes. A simple request form lets branches submit changes; head office approves; we or your team apply them. For new branches there is a launch checklist, and for closures there is a checklist to mark listings correctly and redirect pages. We set up basic reporting on views, calls and direction requests where the platform provides them, and compare branches. Reviews are a branch-level issue too; see review response assistance and review generation strategy. We cannot control platform decisions on verification or suspension, and we do not promise visibility, but a clear system prevents most listing problems.
