Lead Generation Dashboards

One live view of where leads come from, what they cost, who follows them up and how many become customers.

Leads Live in Five Places and No One Sees All of Them

Website forms land in email, calls land on a phone, WhatsApp chats sit in an app, and ad leads arrive from Meta or Google. Each channel reports its own success. Nobody can say, in one glance, how many leads came in this week, which source produced the good ones, or how many were never answered.

A lead generation dashboard pulls these streams into a single page. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, builds them within our reporting and insights services.

It differs from campaign dashboards, which centre on ad spend and clicks. A lead dashboard centres on the lead itself and its journey, using data from form submission tracking, phone call conversion tracking and WhatsApp click tracking.

What the Dashboard Shows

Lead Volume

Leads per day, week and month.

Source Breakdown

Search, ads, social, referral, direct.

Cost per Lead

Spend divided by leads, by channel.

Response Time

How fast leads are first contacted.

Pipeline Stages

New, contacted, qualified, won, lost.

Lead Quality

Qualified share by source.

Built for Decisions, Not Decoration

Every chart answers a question you would ask in a sales meeting. If a chart does not lead to an action, we leave it out.

Numbers come from your own systems, and we state clearly where a source is incomplete, such as calls not tracked or offline enquiries entered by hand.

How We Build a Lead Generation Dashboard

We begin with a meeting about how leads reach you and what happens next. We map each entry point: website forms, phone calls, WhatsApp, Meta and Google lead forms, walk-ins, marketplace enquiries and referrals. For each, we note where the record is stored and who handles it. Next we define a lead. Is it any enquiry, or only those with a valid phone number and service need? We agree on stages, such as new, contacted, qualified, proposal, won and lost, and on a reason list for lost leads. We then design the data flow. If you use a CRM, it is the best source; see CRM setup and CRM and lead source tracking. If not, we create a simple lead sheet fed automatically by forms and by a short daily entry for calls and walk-ins. Marketing data comes from GA4, Google Ads and Meta, joined by source and campaign values. We build the dashboard in Looker Studio or a spreadsheet-based view, depending on your tools and budget. The top row shows headline numbers for the chosen period: leads, qualified leads, won leads, cost per lead and cost per won customer where costs are known. Below are charts for trend over time, source mix, stage funnel, response time and lead quality. A table lists recent leads with their source and status, with personal details restricted to those who need them. Filters let you choose dates, channels, services and branches. We add alerts where useful, for example a note when leads are unanswered for more than a set time. We apply privacy rules: access is by invitation, personal data is minimised, and you decide who sees names and numbers. Before handover, we test the numbers against raw records, on several dates, and fix mismatches. We train your team in a short session, covering how to read the page and how to keep stage updates current, because a dashboard is only as good as the updates behind it. We document definitions so that everyone means the same by lead and qualified. Finally, we agree on a review rhythm, such as a weekly five-minute check and a monthly deeper look; see lead quality analysis and marketing ROI analysis. We cannot report data that is not captured, and we cannot promise more leads from a dashboard alone, but a shared view makes weak points visible and speeds up follow-up.
