Google Ads Performance Reports

Clear, regular reports on what your Google Ads spend produced: clicks, conversions, cost per lead, search terms and what to change next.

Raw Ads Screens Do Not Answer Business Questions

The Google Ads interface has hundreds of columns. Impressions, average position proxies, quality scores and bid strategies matter to the person managing the account, but owners usually want to know three things: what was spent, what it brought, and what happens next.

Google Ads performance reports turn account data into a short, readable document. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, prepares these within our reporting and insights services.

They are specific to Google Ads. A live view across channels is covered by campaign dashboards, and the money view by cost per lead and cost per acquisition reporting. This page covers the periodic written report, with commentary.

What the Report Covers

Spend and Budget

What was spent and how pacing looked.

Clicks and Traffic

Conversions

Leads, calls and sales by campaign.

Search Terms

What people searched, and negatives added.

Ad and Keyword Review

Best and weakest ads and keywords.

Recommendations

Actions for the next month.

Honest Reporting, Including Bad Months

Reports show falls as clearly as rises, with likely reasons such as seasonality, budget limits, a changed landing page or lower search demand.

We never invent results or promise a cost per lead. Numbers come from your own Ads and analytics accounts, which you can open and check.

How We Prepare Google Ads Reports

We start by agreeing what success means for your business: leads, calls, sales, store visits or revenue. Everything in the report is tied to that. We check that conversion tracking in Google Ads is correct before reporting on it, because wrong tracking creates wrong conclusions; see form submission tracking, phone call conversion tracking and WhatsApp click tracking. We link Google Ads with GA4 and, where useful, Search Console, so we can see what visitors do after the click. We choose the reporting period, usually monthly, with a comparison against the previous month and the same month last year if available. The report begins with a one-page summary: spend, conversions, cost per conversion, the main change since the last period and the main recommendation. Next comes campaign-level performance, so you can see which campaigns bring results and which absorb budget. For search campaigns, we review search terms to find wasted spend and new opportunities, and list negative keywords added. For performance max or display, we review the data Google provides and explain what cannot be seen. We review ads and assets, showing which messages perform best. We check devices, locations, hours and days to see where performance differs, and we review landing pages with high clicks but low conversion; see landing page analysis. Where lead quality matters more than quantity, we bring in feedback from your sales team; see lead quality analysis. We note changes made during the period, such as budgets, bid strategies and new ads, so results can be understood in context. The report ends with next steps, ranked by expected impact and effort, and any decisions we need from you. We deliver the report as a PDF or a shared document, with a call to walk through it if you wish. Where you want live numbers between reports, we can set up a dashboard. We cannot promise results from advertising, since they depend on budget, competition, offers and your website, but a clear report makes it far easier to spot waste and decide where to invest.
