There are two costs: ad spend paid to the platform and our fee. We confirm our fee in writing. The main factors are:
- Target countries and their competition.
- Test budget and campaign length.
- Creative volume and production needs.
- Tracking setup on your website.
- Reporting and management frequency.
Ad spend is paid directly from your account to the platform. We suggest a starting budget large enough to learn something, but not so large that a failed test hurts. Video production, music licences and influencer or creator fees are separate and quoted before work starts.
If the target market is not supported, there is no campaign to price. In that case we explain why and help you choose a channel that can reach those customers.
Tell us which countries you want to reach, your product and your goal, and we will check availability and reply with a plan.
Rules for businesses outside supported markets deserve a clear statement. If you are based in a country where TikTok is restricted but sell to buyers abroad, the question is where the buyers are, not where you are. Ad accounts, payment methods and legal conditions can still depend on where the advertiser operates, so we check these before planning. If a campaign is not possible for legal or practical reasons, we will not try to work around the rules with workarounds that could put your accounts at risk.
Content rules apply as well. Ads must not make false claims, must respect intellectual property and must be suitable for the audiences reached. Music used in commercial ads must come from approved libraries or be licensed for that purpose. We keep a record of the sources of music, footage and images, so any question from the platform can be answered quickly.
We discourage fake engagement, purchased followers or deceptive testimonials. These tactics break platform rules, can lead to account suspension and damage trust. A smaller number of real viewers who respond to a clear offer is more valuable than inflated numbers.
If TikTok turns out to be unsuitable, the work is not wasted. The market check, the audience research and the creative ideas help plan campaigns on other platforms, such as Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, where your audience can be reached lawfully and effectively.
Landing pages deserve attention before spending on traffic. Visitors from short-video ads often arrive on phones and expect fast pages, clear mobile layouts and a quick path to act. We review the destination, suggest fixes and test the full journey, from ad to enquiry or purchase, before launch.
Language and culture matter in international campaigns. Humour, references and even colours can land differently in different countries, so we recommend local review of scripts and captions. Where we cannot judge the language ourselves, we involve a native speaker.
Measurement on TikTok has its own quirks. Views and likes are easy to see, but they say little about business results. We focus on clicks to your site, leads and sales, and we compare platform numbers with your analytics. Where the two differ, we explain why and which one to trust for decisions.
If the test succeeds, we scale in steps: more creative, wider audiences, then larger budgets, watching cost and quality at each step. If it does not, you have spent a limited amount and learned why.
