CRM Analytics Integration

Join website analytics with your CRM, so every lead keeps its source and every sale can be traced back to where it began.

Analytics Knows the Visit, the CRM Knows the Sale

Analytics tells you 1,200 people visited from search. The CRM tells you 40 became leads and 6 bought. Without a link between the two, you cannot say which pages, keywords or campaigns produced the six. Each tool tells half the story.

ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, joins them within our analytics setup services.

This page is about passing analytics data into CRM records and back. Ad account linking is advertising platform analytics, tracking within the CRM is CRM and lead source tracking, and installing the CRM is CRM setup.

What We Connect

Visitor Identifiers

Session and campaign details captured on forms.

CRM Source Fields

Source, medium, campaign and landing page stored.

Stage Events Back

Qualified and won stages sent to analytics.

Revenue Matching

Deal value linked to the original channel.

Privacy Controls

Consent-based capture, no sensitive data in analytics.

Data Quality Tests

Test leads traced end to end.

Privacy First

Names, phone numbers and email addresses are never sent to analytics platforms, whose terms forbid it. Only anonymous identifiers and campaign tags travel.

Capture follows visitor consent choices and your privacy policy. Leads from visitors who declined tracking will appear as unknown source, and we say so in reports.

How We Build CRM Analytics Integration

We start with questions you cannot yet answer. Which channel brings buyers rather than just enquiries? How long do leads from different sources take to close? Which landing pages produce high-value deals? Which campaigns generate leads that sales cannot reach? These questions define what must be connected. We then audit both sides. In analytics we check how sessions are attributed, whether campaign tags are consistent and which conversion events exist. In the CRM we check the fields available, how leads are created, who edits them and which stages mark progress. We map the journey a visitor takes from first visit to a form, call or chat and then into the CRM, and mark every point where source information could be lost: forms that do not pass hidden fields, calls without tracking, chats that start outside the site, redirects that strip tags and thank-you pages in other domains. Next we design the data model. In the CRM we create fields to store first source, first medium, first campaign, latest source, landing page, referrer, click identifiers for ad platforms and date of first visit. We keep naming consistent with analytics, and use dropdown values where possible so reports group cleanly. On the website, we capture these values when the visit starts, store them briefly in a cookie or session storage, subject to consent, and add them to forms as hidden fields; see form submission tracking and lead source attribution. For phone and WhatsApp enquiries we use tracked numbers, click events and reference codes so that calls and chats can be attributed too; see phone call conversion tracking. We then build the return path. When a lead reaches a defined stage, such as qualified, proposal sent or won, the CRM sends an event to analytics or the ad platform with the anonymous identifier and, for won deals, the value, so that these outcomes appear in your reports; see offline conversion import support. We test with sample leads from different channels, devices and browsers, checking that the source reaches the CRM and the stage returns to analytics. We reconcile counts and explain differences. We create CRM reports and analytics views that answer the original questions, such as leads, qualified leads, revenue and cost by channel and campaign; see lead generation dashboards. We train your sales team to keep stages current, because reports are only as good as the data entered; see CRM usage training. We monitor data quality monthly, looking for blank sources and sudden shifts. We cannot recover the source of past leads or track people who block all tracking, but connected systems turn guesses about marketing value into evidence.
