Brand Presentation Templates

Reusable PowerPoint and Google Slides masters with set layouts, fonts and colours, so anyone on your team can build a polished, on-brand deck in minutes.

Every Team Member Builds Decks Differently

When presentations are made from scratch, each one looks different. Fonts vary, logos get stretched, colours drift away from the brand, and staff lose hours aligning boxes. Clients and partners see an inconsistent company.

Brand presentation templates solve this by giving your team a ready master file. It contains your slide layouts, theme colours, fonts, logo placement and example slides, so people fill in content and the design stays correct. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, builds these as part of our brand identity design services.

This is different from a one-off designed deck. For a custom pitch, see presentation and pitch deck design or sales presentation design. Templates are the reusable system behind everyday presentations.

Built for People Who Are Not Designers

The best template is one that is hard to break. We use proper slide masters and placeholders, so text sits where it should and your team cannot accidentally move the logo.

We also keep the file simple to open. Heavy effects and unusual fonts cause problems on other computers, so we choose reliable options and tell you what is needed.

How We Create Brand Presentation Templates

We start with your brand assets: logo files, colour codes, fonts, any brand guidelines and examples of presentations your team currently makes. We ask who uses decks and for what purpose: sales meetings, client reports, internal updates, training, investor discussions or events. Different uses need different layouts. We also ask which tool your team uses, usually PowerPoint, Google Slides or both, and what screen shapes you present on, as most rooms now use widescreen. Next we plan the layout library. A practical set includes a title slide, section dividers, an agenda, a standard content slide, a two-column slide, an image-and-text slide, a quote or testimonial slide, a data or chart slide, a table slide, a team slide, a timeline, a thank-you or contact slide, and a closing slide. We design each with spacing rules, text sizes and image areas, keeping enough empty space so slides do not feel crowded. We set the theme: the palette appears in the colour picker, with accent colours chosen for chart readability and for accessibility, so text contrasts well with backgrounds. We install the brand fonts as theme fonts, and where fonts are not installed on all machines we set safe fallbacks. We build everything on slide masters and layouts, not copy-pasted shapes, so changes cascade and the file stays tidy. Charts and tables are styled once, so new ones inherit your look. We add a small number of example slides showing the right way to present a statement, a comparison, a process and a data point. Next we test. We open the template in different versions of PowerPoint and Google Slides, on Windows, Mac and a phone preview, and check printing and PDF export. We then write a short guide, including how to add slides, change the logo version for dark backgrounds, insert charts, and what to avoid, such as changing fonts or stretching images. We can also create variants, for example a light and a dark version, a sales version and an internal version. Where you need a finished deck for a specific meeting, we can build it from the template as a separate piece of work; see sales presentation design. For staff training, we can run a short walkthrough session. We cannot control how others edit the file after handover, but a well-built master makes the right choice the easy choice.
