Screen-Recording Tutorials

Clear, edited walkthrough videos of your software, app or website, with zooms, callouts and captions, so customers and staff learn without a phone call.

Show It Once, Answer It a Thousand Times

Support teams answer the same how-do-I questions repeatedly, and written instructions struggle to explain a screen. A short video that shows exactly where to click, what to type and what should appear is easier to follow than three paragraphs of text.

Screen-recording tutorials are edited videos that capture a screen, add clear narration or captions, and highlight the important parts. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, produces them within our motion graphics and animation services, with animated callouts and zooms for clarity.

They focus on software and website tasks. For broader teaching videos with presenters or footage, see educational and tutorial videos, and for written walkthroughs see how-to guides and tutorials.

Private Data Stays Private

Screens often show customer names, emails and prices. We use demo accounts or blur sensitive details so recordings never expose real information.

We record only software you are entitled to show, and we do not need your passwords. A test login with limited access is enough.

How We Produce Screen-Recording Tutorials

We begin by listing the tasks your viewers need to learn and ranking them by how often people ask about them. Each tutorial should teach one task, not an entire product. A good length is two to five minutes. We ask who the viewer is, how much they already know, and which version of the software they use, because screens change between versions and plans. We then write a short script and a step list. The script covers a brief opening that says what the viewer will achieve, the steps in order, one clear instruction at a time, a note on common mistakes, and a closing that points to the next tutorial or support option. We prepare a clean recording environment: a demo account with sample data, a tidy browser or desktop without distracting tabs or notifications, a consistent screen size and a readable zoom level. We record at high resolution, capturing mouse movement and clicks. For mobile apps we use a device or emulator recording. We record the voice-over separately in a quiet setting, in English, Hindi or both, or we add on-screen text if you prefer no narration. In editing, we trim pauses and mistakes, speed up slow loading moments, and add zooms and highlights so small buttons and menu items are easy to see. We add numbered step markers, arrows or boxes, short text labels and a consistent intro and outro with your branding. We blur anything private. We add accurate captions and, if useful, chapter markers so viewers can jump to the part they need. Then we review the video against the script by following it ourselves on a fresh account, to confirm each step works. We export for your chosen home: your website, help centre, YouTube or an LMS. We can also prepare a short written summary under each video, which helps search visibility and quick scanning; see FAQs and knowledge base articles. Software changes, so we agree a plan for updates. Minor screen changes can sometimes be patched, but larger redesigns need new recordings. For a full course on a larger product, we can plan a series with a consistent style and numbering. We cannot guarantee that every viewer will find the answer in a video, but a clear library reduces repeat questions and helps people succeed on their own.
