Email Newsletter Graphics

Headers, banners, buttons and image blocks made for email: light on file size, clear on mobile and consistent with your brand in every inbox.

Email Is Not a Web Page

A graphic that looks great on a website can fail in an email. Large files load slowly on mobile data, images get blocked by default in some programs, text inside pictures becomes unreadable, and layouts built for desktop break on a phone screen. Most newsletter readers open email on mobile, so these details decide whether your message is seen.

Email newsletter graphics are visuals designed specifically for this environment: the masthead, hero banner, section headers, product or article tiles, icons, dividers, buttons and footers of a newsletter. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, creates them within our digital graphic design services.

We design the visuals, not the email copy or the sending. For writing, see email marketing copy; for the platform, automation and delivery, see our email marketing services.

Designed to Survive Image Blocking

Some recipients see no images until they click. We keep important messages, such as the offer and the button text, as live text where possible, and we set alt text so the email still makes sense without pictures.

We also keep expectations realistic. Email programs differ, so exact pixel matching everywhere is not possible. We design for the programs your audience actually uses.

How We Create Email Newsletter Graphics

We begin by understanding the newsletter: its purpose, frequency, audience and the platform you send from, such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, HubSpot or another tool. Each platform has width limits, editor features and image handling quirks. We review your brand assets and any previous newsletters, checking what your readers click and what they skip, if you have the data. We then agree a content structure. A typical newsletter has a masthead, a main story or offer, two to four secondary items, a clear button for each, and a footer. We design the layout at the standard email width, commonly around six hundred pixels, and plan how it will stack on a phone into a single column. For each graphic we choose dimensions and then export at double resolution for sharp display on high-density screens while keeping file sizes small, ideally under a few hundred kilobytes per image and much lighter overall. We choose formats carefully: JPEG for photographs, PNG for graphics with sharp edges or transparency, and GIF for simple animation, which we use sparingly because it increases weight and some Outlook versions show only the first frame, so the first frame must carry the message. We keep text in images short and large, avoid putting key information only in an image, and make sure button graphics have clear labels. We test colour in dark mode, since many email apps invert colours, adjusting logos and transparent areas so they do not vanish. Alt text is written for every image. We deliver a layered source file, the exported images, and, if you wish, a built template in your email platform. Template building is a separate scope when it requires coding; for more on structured sends, see email marketing automation services. We also provide a small library of reusable blocks, such as a product row, an event announcement and a testimonial strip, so your team can assemble future issues without a designer each time. For campaign-specific visuals, we can adapt the same system into promotional banners for your website and social channels. After a few sends, we review click data with you and refine the layout. We cannot promise open or click rates, since subject lines, list quality and timing matter greatly, but clean, fast, readable visuals remove obstacles to response.
