If a business has closed, we mark listings properly. Once the base is clean, we monitor monthly or quarterly. We watch for new unclaimed listings, changes made by the public, and inconsistencies reappearing. We also keep an eye on reviews on citation sites so they can be answered; see review monitoring. You receive a report showing what changed, what is pending and any decisions needed. Because some listings come from data suppliers, we also advise on the sources that feed them. We do not use bulk submission networks, and we do not promise ranking improvements: consistent citations remove a source of confusion and support visibility, but rankings depend on many factors.
