Business Photos and Updates

Keep your business profile fresh with real photos and regular posts, so searchers see an active, trustworthy business.

A Silent Profile Looks Like a Closed Shop

People judge a business from its profile in seconds. Dark phone shots from three years ago, no recent post and a missing festival-hours notice suggest that nobody is minding the shop. Fresh photos and updates show that you are open, active and proud of your work.

ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, handles this within our business profile services.

This page is about photos and recurring updates. Describing individual offers is service and product listing setup, the full profile build is Google Business Profile setup and optimization, and photography itself is website stock image sourcing or commissioned shoots.

Real Photos, Honest Posts

We use your own photos of your real premises, team and work. We do not pass off stock pictures or other businesses’ images as yours, and we need consent before showing customers or staff.

Offers in posts are only ones you will honour. We promise no ranking or call increase; fresh content simply makes a good impression and keeps information current.

How We Manage Business Photos and Updates

We begin by reviewing what the profile shows now: how many photos, how old, how good, what is missing and what customers have uploaded. We check which photos Google shows first, and whether any are wrong, such as a different business or an outdated sign. We then agree a photo plan. Useful categories include the exterior and the entrance so that people can recognise the place, the interior and seating or waiting area, the team at work, products or finished work, price boards or menus where they help and a logo and cover image. For each, we note what is needed and who will take it. If you do not have good photos, we give a simple shot list and tips for natural light, clean backgrounds, steady phones and landscape orientation, or we arrange a short professional shoot; see creative asset preparation. We prepare the images: correct orientation, trim, balance exposure and compress them to a sensible size without visible loss; see image compression and WebP conversion. We name files clearly, remove private data embedded in them and avoid text overlays and heavy filters, which some platforms discourage. We upload them to the right categories and set the cover and profile images. Next we plan updates. We agree the types of posts that make sense for you: new arrivals, completed projects, seasonal offers, events, staff introductions, helpful tips and answers to common questions. We build a calendar, usually one or two posts a week at most, fewer if that is all you can sustain, since a steady modest rhythm beats a burst followed by silence. Each post has a clear image, two or three sentences, and where it fits a button such as call, book or learn more. We follow platform rules about prohibited content, phone numbers in text and misleading offers, and we always keep dates accurate. We also handle operational updates: special hours for festivals, temporary closures, new services and changes of contact details; see business information updates. We keep the same changes in step on your website and other listings; see business NAP consistency. We respond to customer-uploaded photos where possible, report inappropriate ones and thank customers where suitable; see review response assistance. Each month we review the profile’s views, actions and photo views, and note which posts drew attention; see profile performance monitoring. We adjust the calendar, retire posts that do not work and request new photos when the business changes. We cannot control how many people see a post, nor remove every unwanted customer photo, but regular, genuine updates keep your profile accurate and show that you are open for business.
