We begin by building a map of where your content lives. With your help, we list every place that shows facts about your business or offers: website pages, product pages, blog posts that mention prices, landing pages, social bios and pinned posts, Google Business Profile, other map and directory listings, email signatures and templates, WhatsApp profile and catalogue, marketplace storefronts, PDFs and decks, ad copy and partner pages. For each place we record the owner, the login holder, how it is edited, how often it changes and how important it is. This register becomes the working tool for every update. Next, we agree a single source of truth. This is a short document, spreadsheet or page that holds the current version of the facts that change: prices, packages, offers and dates, addresses, phone numbers, hours, team names, policies and key claims. Everyone who changes anything updates this source first. We then define an update workflow. When a change is requested, the owner submits the details and effective date, we check them for accuracy and completeness, identify all affected places using the register, and prepare the new wording for each, adapted to the platform’s length and style. For time-limited items such as offers, we also schedule the removal date. You approve a short change sheet before anything goes live. We then make the edits. On the website, we update the pages and check for hidden copies in sliders, pop-ups, schema, metadata, menus and footers; see local business schema. On social and listing platforms, we update profile fields, pinned content and links. For emails and documents, we replace templates and file versions, retire old PDFs and ensure that download links point to the latest. For ads, we pause or edit ads that mention old information. We then verify. We re-visit each place, take screenshots, test links and forms, check mobile display and search for the old information in site search and common search engines, as old versions can remain cached. We log what changed, where and when, and note any item that could not be updated and what we requested. We set a recurring review, often quarterly, in which we sample the register to catch drift, expired offers and stale statements. If your content volume is high, we help set up a content calendar, naming rules and version control; see email newsletters from existing content for how updates flow into regular sends. We can also handle seasonal switches, such as festive hours, holiday banners and event pages. We cannot control third-party sites that refuse changes, or caches that take time to refresh, and we cannot recover content that was never recorded, but a register and workflow greatly reduce outdated or contradictory information.
