Analytics and Tracking Training

Hands-on training that teaches your team to read GA4, set up tracking and build useful reports, using your own website and accounts.

Data Is Useful Only if Someone Can Read It

Many businesses have Google Analytics installed and nobody who understands it. Reports go unread, conversions are not set up, UTM tags are used inconsistently, and decisions are made on gut feeling. When an agency sends a report, the team cannot judge whether it is right. Training solves that by building skill inside your business.

Analytics and tracking training teaches marketers, managers and owners how measurement works and how to use it. Sessions cover how data is collected, what GA4 reports mean, how to set up events and conversions, how Tag Manager is used, how campaigns are tagged, and how to build simple dashboards. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, delivers this within our digital marketing training services.

Training builds your team’s ability; it does not replace implementation. If you need the setup done for you, see Google Analytics 4 setup and Google Tag Manager setup.

Taught on Your Own Accounts

Generic video courses teach tools in a vacuum. We use your website, your goals and your accounts where permitted, so every exercise produces something useful, like a working conversion event or a report you will actually open.

We also keep expectations honest. Analytics tools change often. We teach principles that last and show where to check for current instructions.

How the Training Works

We begin with a short needs assessment. Who will attend, what is their role and experience, which tools do they use, and what decisions should data support? A marketing manager, a business owner and a developer need different depths. We also review your current analytics setup, so we know what to fix and what to teach. We then design a plan, usually in modules over two to six weeks. A typical beginner path starts with measurement basics: what a visit, event and conversion are, how cookies and consent affect data, and why numbers differ between tools. Then GA4 navigation: acquisition, engagement, monetisation and retention reports; exploring data with filters and comparisons; understanding attribution at a practical level. Next comes tracking: planning what to measure, setting up events and conversions in GA4, using Tag Manager to add tags without code, testing with preview and debug tools, and tracking calls, forms, WhatsApp clicks and e-commerce actions. See conversion and revenue tracking for store specifics. A campaign module teaches UTM naming, linking ad platforms and reading cost and performance together. A reporting module covers building dashboards, choosing a few useful metrics, scheduling reports and presenting findings. An advanced path for experienced marketers adds funnel and path explorations, audiences, enhanced conversions, server-side tagging concepts and data quality checks. Each module mixes short explanations with live exercises. Participants complete tasks on a practice or real property, and we review their work. We provide checklists, naming sheets and templates, and recorded sessions where useful. Training can be delivered online or at your office, for individuals or teams, and in English or Hindi. After the sessions, we offer a follow-up call to answer questions as people start applying their skills, and optional review of the first reports your team builds. We do not certify participants officially, as certificates come from the platform vendors, but we can advise on free official courses and exams. We cannot promise that your data will be perfect, since consent choices and browser limits always create gaps, but a trained team can interpret the numbers properly and ask better questions of agencies and tools.
