Google Ads Lead Integrations

Send leads from Google Ads lead forms and landing pages straight into your CRM with the campaign details attached, so sales can reply fast.

A Lead Waiting in an Ads Account Is a Lead Going Cold

Google Ads lead form assets collect names and phone numbers inside the ad itself. By default, those leads sit in the Ads account until someone downloads them. Every hour of delay lowers the chance of a conversation. Leads from landing pages can also get stuck in an email inbox, with no record of which keyword or campaign produced them.

Google Ads lead integrations connect those sources to your CRM. ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, builds them within our CRM integrations services.

It complements Meta lead form integrations for Facebook and Instagram, and works alongside Google Ads lead generation, which covers the campaigns themselves.

Reliable, Private and Honest

We build in checks so leads cannot silently fail: error alerts, a backup copy and a daily comparison between lead counts in Ads and in the CRM.

Lead data is personal data. We use secure connections, limit who can see it and follow Google’s lead form policies. We do not promise lead volumes or costs.

How We Integrate Google Ads with Your CRM

We start by mapping the lead routes in your Google Ads account. We check which campaigns use lead form assets, which send traffic to landing pages, and which use call assets or call-only ads. We also check the account’s conversion actions, auto-tagging and linked analytics. Next we confirm the CRM and its capabilities: Does it offer a native Google Ads connector? Can it receive webhooks? Does it have an open API for creating contacts and deals? Based on the answers we choose a method. For lead form assets, Google provides a webhook option that sends each submission as it happens to an address you provide. We receive it either directly in the CRM, if supported, or through an automation layer such as Zapier, Make or a small custom service. The webhook needs a verification key, which we set up and store securely. For landing page forms, the form tool posts to the CRM directly or through a connector. In both cases we capture the extra data that makes leads useful: campaign, ad group, keyword where available, the Google click ID known as the GCLID, UTM values, landing page and time; see lead source tracking. We map the fields. Names, phone numbers, emails and custom questions in the ad form match fields in the CRM, and we convert formats, such as adding country codes to phone numbers, trimming spaces and standardising case. We design handling rules: duplicates are matched on phone or email so a repeat lead updates an existing record instead of creating another; leads are assigned by service, area or rotation; a task is created for the first call; and the owner is notified by email, app alert or WhatsApp. See lead pipeline configuration for stage rules. We set up the return path. When a lead becomes a qualified opportunity or a sale, we pass that event back to Google Ads as an offline conversion using the click ID, so Google can learn which clicks bring real customers; see offline conversion import support and enhanced conversions implementation support. We test thoroughly. Google provides a test tool for lead form webhooks, and we also submit real test leads on every form and device. We verify that each arrives once, with correct fields, assigned and alerted. We simulate failures, such as the CRM being unavailable, and confirm that the system retries or alerts us. We write down the setup, including where keys are stored and how to rotate them. After launch, we compare lead counts each day for the first week and set a weekly check. We cannot access lead data your account does not hold, and Google’s rules and available fields can change, but a tested integration removes manual downloads and shortens response time.
