Partner Landing Pages

Give each partner a dedicated page with their own link, message and tracking, so referrals convert and are credited correctly.

Partners Send Traffic. The Page Decides What Happens.

An affiliate, a referral partner or a co-marketing brand sends their audience to your home page, and most visitors drift away. A page made for that audience, with the partner’s name, the right offer and one clear action, converts far better and shows each partner exactly what they earned.

ViV Softech Solution, a website designing and digital marketing agency in Delhi, builds these within our partnership marketing services.

This page is about pages for partner traffic. Paid ad pages are paid campaign landing pages, the affiliate scheme itself is affiliate marketing program setup, and referral offers are referral campaign planning.

What We Build

Partner-Specific Pages

Each partner’s name, message and offer.

Reusable Template

Add new partners without a new build.

Tracked Links

Unique addresses and codes per partner.

Lead and Sale Forms

One clear action, with partner ID captured.

Disclosure and Terms

Clear notes on partnerships and offers.

Partner Reports

Visits, leads and sales per partner.

Clear and Compliant

We use only offers, discounts and claims you will honour, and each page states the relationship between you and the partner where this matters to visitors.

Partners get approval over how their name and logo appear. We promise no partner sales, and pages cannot fix a poor offer or a mismatched audience.

How We Build Partner Landing Pages

We start with the partnership model. Is the partner an affiliate paid per sale, a referrer paid per lead, a co-marketing brand sharing an audience, a reseller, a supplier or a community with its own members? Each calls for a different page. We learn what the partner’s audience cares about, how they arrive (email, social posts, a website mention, an event or a printed code) and what the partner is willing to say. We agree the offer: a special price, a free consultation, a bundle, an extended trial or simply a trusted introduction, and its dates, conditions and limits. Then we design the page template. The top shows the partner’s name and logo, with permission, next to yours and a short line saying why the visitor is here. The headline repeats the promise that brought the visitor; see ad-to-landing-page message matching. Below it come the offer, three to five benefits, short proof you can substantiate, a few questions answered and one main action, such as a form, a call or WhatsApp button or a buy button; see call and WhatsApp conversion pathways. We keep navigation minimal so that the visitor stays on the path. We keep forms short and capture the partner’s code in a hidden field, so that every lead is linked to its source; see lead form design. We build the page so that partner-specific parts, such as name, logo, offer text and code, can be changed in one place, letting us create many pages from one template and keep them consistent. We give each partner a short, memorable address and a trackable link, and make sure search engines are told not to index near-identical partner pages, to avoid thin duplicate content. For speed and mobile, we optimise images, test the page on common phones and keep it light; see landing page speed improvements. We connect tracking: page views, clicks, form submissions, calls and purchases tagged with the partner ID, going into analytics and the CRM; see CRM and lead source tracking. We set up how partners learn their results, with a simple report or a private link, and make sure rewards are calculated from tracked records. For the visitor, we add the relevant notices, such as the nature of the partnership, offer terms and privacy statement. We test each page: link, code, form, thank-you page, notification and a sample lead reaching the CRM. After launch we compare partners, look at conversion by source and improve templates, perhaps testing headlines or forms; see A/B testing. We update or retire pages when offers end, so visitors never see expired deals. We cannot control how partners promote you, so we advise them with a short guide on approved wording, and cannot track people who clear cookies or switch devices, but dedicated pages turn partner traffic into measurable results.
